  • CLEAN HAIR.

    Taming your tangles and cleaning out built-up product prior to your service is a must. This helps me determine accurate color formulas and makes your cut effortless and accurate.

  • CALM SOUL.

    Rushing is toxic to good energy. I work swiftly but with patience in order to ensure my work is done properly. Please schedule at a time when you are free to relax. Time estimates for services are given in their descriptions.

  • CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH.

    Please do not come to your appointment if you are not feeling well. Hair emergencies are a thing, but staying healthy and respecting this small business space is a priority.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of their service price. 

Respectfully, if you are sick or unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of their service price. I get it, things happen. But as a small business and service provider I am committed to your time and hope you can be committed to mine as well.

I take pride in my artistry and client experience, but understand that sometimes…rarely…you may not jive with your new hair. I do not offer any post-appointment refunds, but please let me know if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your hair magic. I don’t bite. Pinky swear. Any adjustments or color corrections must be addressed within two weeks of your appointment.
